We had a long laundry counter installed by Mad Stone, and I am very happy to recommend them. They were super easy to coordinate with and so quick to respond and book us in. The guys are very polite and easy going through out. The price quoted was excellent and they did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. We are now contemplating updating the bathroom countertop too! [EDIT] We contacted Davy a year later and have also updated the bathroom counter. The guys are just incredible - managed to remove the sink we wanted to reuse without any damage, even though it had originally been glued to the old benchtop with about 100ltr of adhesive. I truly cannot recommend more honest, hardworking and capable craftsmen. The bathroom looks amazing. I need to learn Davy’s technique for siliconing - end result is flawless!!

David and the boys from mad stone were excellent. We had them do a 3 to 4-slab kitchen project, a waterfall island bench and lots of ins and outs on the benchtop walls. The communication was clear and effective. The way they undertook the job was quick, polite and without any fuss. When there were surprises or head-scratching moments they were dealt with at the time and I was consulted. David was flexible and cooperative without allowing any drop in the quality of the job. My observation of them working was steady and focused, not every mobile call was taken. Yes this is important. They minimised mess and dust and they know what they are doing at every step. I have no hesitation in recommending Mad Stone. Done once done right is worth paying for with stone materials.

Davy is an amazing stone mason! He has great attention to detail and is a perfectionist. If something isn't 100% right, he will go out of his way to fix it. He is professional, always on time and reliable. His prices are very competitive and he has been very generous with his work. He has been very patient with me and my needs throughout the whole process and has always answered my concerns. He offers his sound and wise advice and looks for ways to save the customer money if he doesn't think certain things are needed. Five star for MAD STONE. David and the other guy were very professional (and punctual) in their communication and the stone work that they did for us. Their price was competitive. They fixed few chips in our benchtop and the end result was very professional and nearly impossible to notice even from a closer distance. They also took care of the surrounding area and kept it very clean while doing the job. I am very happy with the quality of their work and professionalism. I will certainly recommend Mad Stone for any of your stone benchtop related works. I wish all the best for Mad Stone.

Davy is punctuated, generous in providing help and flexible, with very reasonable price. He came onsite fully equipped, minded my house and took care in his work. He understood what he was doing, and provided valid suggestions when I wasn't sure. He even helped me clear up the work site, which was not his responsibility. The final work was done clean and prettily. I would recommend Davy if you have stonework to be done.
